New game version is ready for testing with my friends :)

- two new effects - electric arc and physical destruction
- new player colors
- faster than 60FPS plus on 4k (GTX 1660)
- up to 12players on one or more computer or over LAN / couche gaming
- xbox gamepad support
- 4players on keyboard (with n-key rollover keyboard)
- many minor fixes
- 2 selectable vehicles

In future:
- VR mode
- more game modes
- futuristic city around 
- teamplay
